Ticket Policies 2011–2012
Box Office
Purchase tickets through CTM before September 30, 2011 online at www.ctmtheater.org, by phone at 608.255.2080, by fax at 608.255.6760 or by mail to 228 State Street, Madison, WI 53703. After September 30, 2011 tickets can be purchased through the Overture Box Office online at www.overturecenter.com, by phone at 608.258.4141 or in person at 201 State Street.
Single Tickets
Single tickets can not be purchased on-line at this time. Please contact the Overture Box Office starting October 1st to order a single ticket.
Service Charges
Tickets purchased through CTM during this limited pre-season offer are subject only to a one-time handling fee. Tickets purchased after September 30, 2011 through the Overture Center Box office online or by phone are subject to additional fees and charges for each ticket.
Ticket Policies & Exchanges
All sales are final; no refunds are available. However, tickets purchased from CTM by September 30, 2011 are eligible for one free exchange per ticket and must be exchanged at least 48 hours before the first performance involved in the exchange. Tickets may only be exchanged for a 2011-2012 season performance of comparable or greater value, providing the additional value is paid, if applicable. Family Four-Packs and Family Feast Packs are not eligible for free exchanges. Tickets purchased after September 30, 2011 can be exchanged through the Overture Box Office for a $2 per-ticket fee. Contact the box office for details.
Cancellations
Cancellations are at the discretion of The Overture Center. Tickets to a cancelled performance are eligible for refund or can be exchanged for another CTM 2011-2012 season performance (based on availability). Service charges are non-refundable.
Special Needs
Wheelchair seating and assisted listening devices are available. Please make your accommodation requests when ordering your tickets.
Age Restrictions
Please see the age recommendations for each show. Children under the age of three are not permitted in the theaters. Disruptive children, regardless of age, may be asked to leave the theater as a courtesy to our actors and other patrons. No lap seating.
