AFTER SCHOOL CLASSES

CTM’s offers After School acting workshops at several area schools. Offered once a week, these one-hour classes start a few minutes after school release time, and introduce students to acting basics with exercises and games that focus on concentration, listening, teamwork, character and storytelling. Students learn stage skills, life skills, have fun and make new friends! Students demonstrate skills and perform short pieces for family and others on the last day of class.

CTM’s Teaching Artists are professionals with a passion for sharing their love of the theater with young students. Experienced in the class room and onstage, they help students develop imagination, self-confidence and communication skills.

All Madison Metropolitan School District classes are open to all. You do not have to attend the school where they are held to enroll in the class.

Franklin Elementary After School Acting Classes

K - 2nd Grade
April 17 - June 5 on Wednesdays from 2:45 - 3:45pm
Classes are held in the LMC. Tuition: $144

Shorewood Elementary After School Acting Classes

K - 2nd Grade
April 16 - June 4 on Tuesdays from 3:30 - 4:30pm
Classes will be held in the LMC. Tuition: $144

Thoreau Elementary After School Acting Classes

1st - 3rd Grade
April 18 - June 6 on Thursdays from 3:30 - 4:30pm
Tuition: $144

Our Lady Queen of Peace School After School Acting Classes

This class will only be available to students of Our Lady Queen of Peace students.

1st - 3rd Grade
April 5 - May 24 on Fridays from 3:25 - 4:25pm
Classes will be held in the the Music Room. Tuition: $144
