CTM’s spring production celebrates the beauty of following your heart. In this whimsical time-travel fantasy, ’Rie, a contemporary Chicago teenager who aspires to be a dancer, finds herself transported to 1880 France where she becomes Marie, the ballerina
model for French Impressionist Edgar Degas’ famous sculpture “La Petite Danseuse.” A remarkable dream journey and a glimpse into the exciting life and culture of Paris in the 1880s.
Most appreciated by teens, adults, and kids over age 8.
